Connect with your creative, authentic self

Part of the Skip the Rush Hour Series
All are welcome to come participate in the artmaking process to help relieve stress and promote self-care. No formal art skills are required, just come explore with an open and curious mind.
There will be a brief introduction of the benefits art therapy and creativity can have on our mental health and wellbeing. The rest of the time will be devoted to you creating with mindfulness and joy.
Art materials will include:
- self-drying clay
- acrylic and water color paints
- small canvases and watercolor paper
Each material is meant to be explored mindfully being present in the moment. Just bring yourself and a loved one for intentional time to have fun and de-stress around the holidays.
