I am a licensed master social worker. I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2012 with both my bachelors and masters degrees in social work. I am passionate about helping people see who they can truly become. I encourage vulnerability and open-mindedness in our sessions. I have spent my social work career helping individuals work towards empowerment and building social supports so that they can be a better version of themselves. I often use the phrase “You are doing the best you can with what you have”. You only have as many skills and as much knowledge as what is provided for you. Please allow me the opportunity to help you grow in your knowledge about yourself and the world around you.
“Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.”
