Adulthood – What’s Next?
Friends vs Frenemies
Mindfulness
Sexual Health and Relationships
Emotional Intelligence
Stress and Coping Skills
Self Esteem and Body Image

Together, we have over 20 years of experience working with teens and helping teens navigate the uncertainties of life.
Date & Time: Mondays from 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Cost: $65 per session
