Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is an important part of the healing process. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, a place where you can show up without fear of judgment, feel truly heard, and know you do not have to face life’s challenges alone.

Since beginning my career in 2017, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns. One of my primary areas of focus is eating disorders and disordered eating. I am passionate about helping individuals build healthier, more compassionate relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves. Whether you are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, chronic dieting, emotional eating, or body image concerns, I believe recovery is possible.

Eating disorders are complex and rarely just about food. They often intersect with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, chronic illness, neurodivergence, depression, low self-worth, and life stressors. My goal is to help clients understand the underlying factors contributing to their struggles while creating sustainable healing, not just symptom management.

In addition to eating disorder recovery, I work with individuals navigating body image concerns, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. I understand that these experiences often overlap, and therapy should honor the whole person rather than focusing on a single diagnosis.

My approach is rooted in humanistic therapy, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and authentically yourself. Therapy isn’t about being judged or “fixed,” it’s about having someone walk alongside you as you discover your own strengths and move toward the life you want.

Clients often describe me as laid-back, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. My office is a place where you can laugh, cry, ask difficult questions, and show up exactly as you are.

As an LGBTQ+ ally, I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and welcoming space where all identities are respected and celebrated.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, self-compassion, and lasting change.
