Conflict is part of being human. It shows up in our relationships, our families, our workplaces, and within ourselves. Over time, we develop creative ways to survive these experiences—avoiding, fighting, pleasing, disconnecting, or shutting down. While these strategies may have protected us at one time, they can also leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or longing for something more.

I believe healing begins when we turn toward ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment. My passion is helping people understand the complex inner parts of themselves, reconnect with the wisdom already held within their bodies, and experience deeper connection with themselves and the people they love. As greater understanding and integration emerge, people often experience increased freedom, authenticity, and the capacity to live more fully. One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing people move from surviving to wholehearted, connected living.

My work is informed by advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sexual Health, Polyvagal Theory, and Implicit Psychotherapy. Together, these approaches recognize that lasting change comes not only through understanding ourselves, but through new emotional, relational, and embodied experiences. Therapy offers a space to gently explore the patterns that have shaped your life while discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I work with individuals and couples seeking meaningful growth, deeper connection, and lasting transformation. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, questions of identity, or simply the complexities of being human, I create a space where all of your parts are welcome.

I offer a warm, grounded presence that balances depth, authenticity, and playfulness. I will celebrate your joys, sit with you in your pain, and walk alongside you through everything in between. Come as you are. You do not need to have it all figured out. All I ask is that you show up with honesty, vulnerability, and a willingness to do the courageous work of becoming more fully yourself.
