Practicing in Holland
Life is difficult, there is no doubt about that. Many times, we all need help navigating through the many unforeseen challenges and circumstances life throws at us. Therapy is a transformative journey where you are heard, understood, and empowered. It’s a safe space where you explore, grow, and heal at your own pace.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
– Psychoanalyst Carl Jung
My focus is on helping individuals identify and overcome unconscious core beliefs that continue to foster maladaptive behavior patterns. Furthermore, it is my goal to help you identify and find a sense of meaning and purpose in life. Identifying your true purpose leads to greater satisfaction and life fulfillment. A clear sense of purpose can increase engagement in activities, relationships, and work, leading to higher productivity and commitment. Together, I will help you break barriers, untangle thoughts, and build resilience. Healing isn’t just about surviving, it’s about thriving.
