Bre Vouaux

Hello!

It takes courage to start this process. I’m proud of you for being here and for recognizing that your mental health is a priority. I’m looking forward to learning more about you and helping you navigate the challenges that everyday life brings. I use a unique person-centered and strength-based approach to therapy, with acknowledging that you know yourself best! I aim to provide you with a comforting and safe space to express your hopes, fears, and worries, while establishing healthier thought patterns, coping skills and self-care techniques along the way. I will work alongside you to establish the best version of yourself. I hope to have you leaving the office feeling welcomed, seen, heard, supported, and understood.

Bre joined GR Therapy Group in 2023 after working in the settings of long-term, palliative and hospice care. These experiences have shaped Bre’s expertise in working with individuals and families as they cope with life transitions, with having specific experience in: chronic physical illnesses, relationship issues, mental health, aging, disabilities, end of life, anticipatory grief, and bereavement. Bre is fully licensed as a Social Worker and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Michigan State University. She spent her graduate-level internship working for Sparrow Home Hospice, where she helped individuals with varying ages and backgrounds cope with stress, anxiety, and grief surrounding end of life. When Bre isn’t helping others, she enjoys spending time with her fluffy pup, Gizmo, catching views of the great outdoors or watching Harry Potter on repeat.
