Limited Licensed Professional Counselor
(she, her)
I have found that life consists of high highs and low lows. I deeply believe that each person possesses the inner resources to heal, grow, and navigate seemingly impossible circumstances. However, they often require a safe space, trust, and guidance to find their way through. By utilizing a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, we will collaborate to achieve your unique goals. I am dedicated to approaching each client and session with attentiveness, empathy, and warmth.
I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2016 from Olivet Nazarene University and continued my education at Cornerstone University, graduating in 2021 with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For the past 7 years, I have worked with young adults in the Higher Education setting. I find great joy in helping young adults develop their identity, manage mental illness, and transition to independence. Additionally, I also enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all life stages who are facing a variety of mental health and life challenges. I offer these services both in person and through telehealth.
