Group therapy is not only a cost-effective way to engage in counseling, group therapy is a meaningful and effective way to create the changes you are looking for.

Think about this: most of the difficulties we struggle with developed in the context of our relationships. Group therapy offers a healing, dynamic relationship with others currently in various stages of our struggle. Group therapy is a safe place to grow with others who are growing in the same way.

Eating with Intention

If you’re tired of dieting and ready for a different way to relate to food, we’d love for you to join us for our therapy group “Eating with Intention”.

Girls Growth Group

It can be hard to be an adolescent girl today. Pressures come from school, friends, parents, siblings and media. In our girls’ support group, GRTG therapists guide teen girls away from the pressures of the world into the space of self-acceptance.

Self-Care Group

GR Therapy Group is facilitating an eight-week study for care providers currently experiencing compassion fatigue. This group will provide an opportunity for caregivers of all forms to learn from each other, while an experienced therapist provides strategies on self-care.
