GR TherapyGroup is looking for a few more stellar clinicians to join our team as we expand to serve the Holland community. If you love to practice therapy and desire to practice in a setting that offers both freedom and support, please contact us. Therapists who practice with GR TherapyGroup practice within a hybrid model that offers all of the freedoms of private practice, and all of the support associated with working in an agency. Therapists are free to set their own schedules. GRTG therapists also enjoy a fantastic administrative support team, in-house billing and credentialing, weekly clinical consults, a deliberately collegial atmosphere and more.

GRTG offers one of the most generous pay structures available in a healthy, supportive, team-oriented environment designed to help you sustain the thriving practice you’ve always wanted. Therapist compensation is based on a graduated, percentage split. This split covers all overhead including billing, supervision, credit card fees and office space. There are no other charges to GRTG therapists. All of our therapists are W2 employees, which eliminates the hassle and tax burden of the independent contractor model.

Since its inception, the focus of GRTG has been to create the best possible environment for our therapists to practice. This focus ensures our therapists can provide the best family, individual, couples, and group counseling services possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
