Christine Paige, LLPC, brings over three decades of professional experience in education and human development across the lifespan to her practice. She offers clients of all ages an understanding, compassionate, and safe space in which to do the important work of personal growth and healing. Christine helps clients who are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, workplace difficulties, relationships, life transitions, and aging. Believing that each client’s story is unique and deserves an individualized approach to treatment, she tailors her therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client.

Christine’s theoretical approaches include Person-Centered therapy, Play-Based Therapy with children and adolescents, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Counseling. These approaches support clients of all ages with building resilience, self-awareness, and lasting emotional wellbeing. Christine views therapy as a gift of time and space, grounded in self-love, that you offer yourself. She believes that just as we care for others, we can also learn to care for ourselves with the same gentleness and kindness. Christine offers a safe, accepting environment where you can explore the parts of your life and relationships that need understanding and healing. Her practice is one of warmth, humor, and calm compassion where you can engage in the meaningful and rewarding work of personal growth.
