Alice is a Limited Licensed master’s level Social Worker who received her Master’s degree from Spring Arbor University. She also has a background in Psychology, with a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. “In working with clients, I feel that it is exceptionally important to understand that healing is not a linear process, but one with many ups and downs. Therefore, it is vital to meet clients where they are at on their journey – their values, beliefs, experiences, and identities.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental, space full of support for the process as well as building a collaborative relationship to help in achieving your goals. I draw on many different therapeutic approaches including, but not limited to mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation in order to assist in helping to learn and develop coping skills that may be used indefinitely.
It would be my honor to be able to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.”
