Monica Willson, MS, LLMFT
Practicing in Cascade
Coming from a diverse background of work experiences. Monica is committed to working from a holistic, culturally sensitive, and client-centered perspective. Her work is primarily shaped by theories of Attachment, Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. Monica creates a space to connect with clients to collaboratively gain clarity on the limiting and exhausting patterns that produce pain and stagnancy. Clients are supported in exploring their unique path for growth, healing, and change on an individual and relational level. Through insight, honest feedback, and dynamic change, Monica helps individuals, couples, and families create more functional and less rigid patterns, learn to communicate needs, and fulfill their unique and important role in their life and relationships.
“It is a privilege to be entrusted with each unique person and story I encounter. I am deeply grateful that this is the work I get to do. The profound experiences and real changes that can take place through the therapeutic relationship never cease to amaze me.”
